Here's the car at the mansion waiting to be unveiled. The cover is comliments of California Car Cover who made a custom car cover without the elastic on the bottom for unveiling the car. You can see Charley's Jackass in the background (somehow that doesn't read quite right).

OK, I hate to be a tease like the Playboy girls, but I have to leave something for SEMA. I will however show you some more tidbits.
Here's a shot of the windshield sign at the mansion

Here's me and my better half (who needs Playboy chicks?) standing in front of the unveiled Mustang at the Playboy mansion. You can see some of the car in the background (to prove it was there and complete).

Here the two girls with painted on bikinis are getting ready to do the unveiling. Unfortunately, this shot came out dark, sorry.

OK, back to the details then.
These are the front brake duct cooling bezels. I first carved a foam pattern by hand with a lot of back and forth trial fitting to the front valance until I had something I was satisfied with. Then I handed it over to one of my designers who recreated it in Solidworks and made a mirrored version for the other side. We then printed them out on our 3-D printe and cleaned them up. Once I fitted them again, I tweaked them some more until they fit really nice. I then made the screens and put them together with the ducts that one of Steve's guys made by modifying the original turn signal buckets welding on steel tubing on the back and blending the transition.

Here's a closer shot of one side.

Make a mold from it and build it out of CF - then you could just carry it!

Car looks awesome Matt, incredible craftsmanship and attention to detail. Congrats!
