I know right. I never paid any attention to him because he had a 4" cowl hood and Ford stripes on his Camaro. Then he came out to El Toro and kicked all of our asses.

If it isn't too late you should adopt a set of those stripes. They might make you faster, Ron.

Speak for yourself tonto. The dude has a full time crew chief, he should be mopping up on most of the guys. This guys has bud light running through his veins. I had to talk him out of jacking the car up at 1 AM.

Ron will likely be as slow as his build.

What'd they do, teach comedy writing in Iowa grade school? Keep it up and I'll grab that 1471 next time I'm driving past your house and slap it on. Prob still be lighter on the nose...

While Rich and I were downing the beers, I think you sabotaged my coil at RTTC.

Not too much or too exciting, but a little progress. Most of the time has been spent on little assembly tweaks here and there, final blocking and getting ready for the paint booth…

Couple of earlier/missing mock up pics

Clearanced the inner fenders

Drain plug cut/weld install and seam sealer where possible…

We decided to shoot the engine bay first…

And masked off a clean line at the bottom of the firewall for UPol. We reduced the UPol 15% to get a little smoother finish

We’re at the point where the body gets final checks for highs/lows and into the paint booth in a few days. I cannot wait…
