Super fun like Halloween is to little kids -- but one wrong "BOO"! and they're balling like babies.... Crashes on a track where you are AVERAGING 130 MPH... OMG.

When the manufacturers state their best times I think they only use the old Nordschleife as a reference, not the Nordschleife and the GP track together, the total lenght is then 20,8km.

Anyhow the place is great fun but as you say, very scary, especially on the tourist laps. The guardrails are close and there is always one sucker crazier or stipidier than you so there is a possibility to crash

7.41 for a full lap is VERY quick

So the 20.8 KM track - covered in 7.41 minutes - equals an average speed of 104.65 MPH....

Still -- a very high average!
