Default wheel & tire shipping cost

I'm going to try and sell some wheels on ebay but need a ballpark # to put in for shipping. I only sold one thing on ebay and that was a car about 6 years ago so i really have no experience with shipping stuff. Buying things on ebay I'm good at. Thanks

I shipped my old wheels/tires from Michigan to New Jersey UPS ground business to business for $198 about 2 months ago...don't know if that helps you or not.

If you open up a UPS account you can get very accurate shipping quotes down to within a few bucks.

I've used the Fed-Ex calculator before. Just need the dimensions and weight. The tires might be prohibitive, however if you sell/ship just the rims the cost might be more reasonable.

Could try leaving the info/dimensions/weight with shipping calculator link in the ad for an ESTIMATE of what the shipping might be. The actual cost usually ends up being more with the extra packing and room needed to protect the contents. (Around 2-3" is what I use.)
