I have a friend who is building a B body Mopar. Do you make one for a 70 B Body?

Heidt's does offer a universal IRS and they have been installed into a variety of vehicles, but not a B-body as of yet. You could be the first in the country! We talked about this, and believe that using the universal IRS would be a fairly straightforward installation.
