Finally going to send the rearend to moser today,so if i got this correct i need the rearend to be 50 in axle flange to axle flange correct.THANKS!

That's correct 50" from housing flange to housing flange "bare axle" will definetly work with your wheels 18x12 5.5" backspace.

Most people are running the big ford new style housing ends. Not sure if it matters which ones you use as long as you match up your brakes to the bolt patterns. Will probably be a lot more options for new style housing ends though. Tobin at Kore3 makes brackets for all of the ones you mentioned if you want to use C6 brakes.
