Jon,

Good luck with everything! I was a happy customer of yours and that created a good friendship.

Jon, I know you have been working very hard the last few months. You have been a ton of help for me and my customers.

Let me know if you need any help from me on this side of the states. You have my number.

Sounds like a well thought out move Jon... Best of luck with NewGen!

I like your order tracking plan.... I just used those text features today with Fedex tracking my package, but you are taking it to the next level. Very cool.

Congrats! looking forward to see what NewGen has to offer; the wheel tracking idea is a good start.

Thank you Kevin, I think it will be key to my new business model. Freeing up my time to develop new wheel designs, and concentrate on sales, marketing and production.

How cool will it be to get a text when your wheels come out of machining, or when your wheels ship, pro-actively, from a wheel company?

I'm also working with a guy on a new smart phone app. He's developed a working app for a few other companies, and I think it in conjunction with the new order tracker will alleviate a lot of customer's grief. No more over projecting only to disappoint, now a customer will know exactly where there order is, at all stages of the build.
