Did you experience any vibrations on the highway? I know that you did a bunch of work to make sure that the drive line angles would work out well, do you think all that work paid off?

Hi Andrew,

Thanks. So far it seems good at 70-80 MPH. One thing I did notice is the TKO seems to make a slight noise on decel that I don't remember before. It still did not seem as loud as some muncie 4 speeds I have had in the past. Not sure if that is a drive line angle problem or the fact that the drive line seems a ~1/2" shorter as a result of raising the engine. For now I just plan to put more miles as I only have about 800 miles. Right now I feel like I could jump in the car and drive cross country and actually make it. Now I can return to doing cosmetic and tuning upgrades. Nice to see you over here and again thanks for all the tips and help in the past.

Once in a while, I like to see how the other half lives...

Glad I could be of help. Our cars are practically identical aside from the sheetmetal.

Hi Tim, I hope El Toro sticks around also. If you are not working next Thursday they are having this event http://www.socalchallenge.com/ at to go kart track. I have never been but took the day off. Hopefully you can make it out.

I took the car to the No Limit Socal Challenge at Adams go kart track and had a good time. Practice was in the morning and the shootout was in the afternoon. I was first out because they put two cars on the track and whoever wins move on to the next round. I was paired against Mary Pozzi so it was over for me before it even started
It was great track time for $50.00 and hope to make the one in September also. I asked David Pozzi to take my car out for one of the sessions in the morning and he was nice to accept. It is great to have somebody like him jump in a give me some direction with what little time he had. James shot the picture with David driving the car that I thought looked cool. I plan to take David's advice and try to improve both on my skills and the car's ability. Thanks again Mr. Pozzi

Forgot to mention but the dreaded fuel slosh problem happened again with a 3/4 full tank. I am thinking a Vaporworx tank might be worth the money as this tank I have hates long sweeping corners
