Default Shipping

Last time I tried to ship wheels with cardboard over the faces and backs with shrink wrap UPS refused to take them - said no plastic wrap. This was being shipped from a business as well.

Fedex and DHL might be different.

I have shipped a wheel via Fed Ex with cardboard over the face and rear shrink wrapped.
OP, you might also want to look into finding a box for a 20" wheel to see if it will fit inside. I shipped 20" wheels with tires mounted inside 24" wheel boxes.
I think shipping will open your options. GLWS
