Thanks, but I cancelled the house deal today.... not comfortable with the inspection and the significant work performed on it the past 12 months.

Here was a shot of the monstrosity of a support structure for the parking pad adjacent to the house/garage. And this pic doesn't even do it justice.



Totally bummed because it was a killer property but it is the right move for us. Back into the trenches I go.....

It's actually BEETLE country up there that does the damage, but yeah... just too much at risk here.

I don't think "Weezie" would let George Buy that House either...That looks crazy...

Back in the trenches you go...The right one will come along....

It still sucks and is hard work..But buying the wrong one is worse..

There will be another, that pic looks like more liability than asset. I'd rather use all that timber to build a shop than support a house.
