how do you title it> Is it considered a kit car?

FYI,I have picked up a good Kansas title and VIN.and every Dynacorn part to build my own new 69 camaro body W/or W/O alum.frt sheet metal.Once the body is completely jig welded togather it will include every thing to make a complete body and all trim.I could also offer it with C-6 frt sub frame and Ride Tech 4-link rear suspension.

Thx guys, I'm in Florida..title would be like a kit car..jus lookin..hope I can find a complete car already done..
