It's just my opinion but I think a cartoonish decal aka "The Judge" would kill the subtle look you are going for. Or are you?
If you want to go the other direction you could do a monicre on the tail panel ala "TRANS AM" that states the project name aka "THE GAVEL" "VERDICT" and do the same above the 71 only fender vents. Just keep them all the same or it gets too busy and confusing.
Just a thought... either way I hope you build it! Still wishing we'd have been able to keep the functional 71-only fender vents on my car...
FWIW I'd love to see someone do a fuel injected LSx Formula with Pontiac baby blue valve covers and a functional Ram Air air cleaner!
