When I have odd shaped pieces like this with lots of sharp edges etc --- I run 'em thru the bead blaster... with the right grit - it will take out scratches and dulls the sharps right off there!
Then the part is ready for some etching primer...

Greg,I was going to DA them first then glass bead them.I built this part over lunch the other day.I told Dan Holohan I would do something real quick to show his tru-oval punch's.Hoping to get some time over the next few month's to finish up and prep everything before it go's off to paint and powder coat.
