Hey SW, great to see you around again! I had all kinds of issues with my GoPro also, it needs a remote and a bigger screen!!
Have you tried the Harry's Lap Timer app for the iPhone? It looks to be AWESOME, but I'm not smart enough I figure it out also!! LOL!! But I'm sure you can!!
