How can a citizen become an 'illegal'? Seems life would be handed to me, it fact encourage to do nothing and have luxuries too.

This simple proves smart people are out smarted by idiots in large groups. At least house is Rep bias and senate is closely balanced somewhat.

Interesting to see the majority of the country (land wise) voted red. Just happens that the EC points are low in those areas.

I fail to see how this even matters when the same person won the popular vote along with the EC tally, but uh yeah, the map looked mostly red why didn't my guy win!?

You may need to reevaluate who is smart if you believe that illegal immigrants live in luxury or have it easy.

I just hope Obama is smart enough to realize that he only got HALF the popular vote --- and that half the people in the USA DID NOT vote for him... and maybe he's smart enough to back away from the socialist Obama Phone anti anyone that's actually employed and making money stance.

I voted for him last time... because he ran on a moderate platform of bringing everyone together... well... that... and who could vote for McCain/Palin. But I've never seen a POTUS that's been more divisive and more anti 'success'.

Yeah cause I want a bunch of foreigners who are moving to MY country to come here and tell me how good or bad MY country is.

Are you applying to become a U.S. Citizen? If not you have no vote and no say in how thing go or should go in MY UNITED STATES OF AMERICA. If not you are one of a long line of people who want to come to here and reap the rewards of all MY country has to offer, but not really be apart of what makes it work.

Blake you have been a good friend for a long time. I'd like to keep it that way. Sign up and join us or stay off the U.S. political stage. You don't see me bashing Canada's government or way of life. I expect the same respect in return.

Just my two cents, but I think Greg is on to something here when he said he was looking for someone moderate the last time around. I think people were still looking for someone moderate this time around. Historically that is what usually plays a big factor in deciding the winner. I wish we could have seen what would have happened if Romney ran on a moderate ticket that didn't veer so far back and forth trying to appease everyone. I think the Romney campaign spent a lot of time pandering to the social conservatives, probably to try and ease their fears of voting for a mormon, which was probably a gigantic waste of time considering how likely social conservatives were to vote for Obama in the first place. Romney's record isn't representative of what a lot of people (left and right) probably figured they would be getting after seeing all of the campaigning done by both parties. I think I'll just cut my ramblings short right there before.
