Really like how resourceful you are, using other materials.

Very impressive.

Default update

Just to update, really hard at in now on the bird. Just finishing up another bird, ford tbird.
Working on headlights:
Pulled our first good parts. The halo parts fit right in place as well as turn signal lens.
It will have a lexan front after installed.
I am trying to decide if I should paint the inside of the headlight body color like corvettes or flat black. What do you think? The rings will look much bigger after they are painted chrome regardless of what color I paint the rest.

Making all the lights fit behind and be adjustable means I need to make a form and mold off of the back side that will hold the parts and seal up. So this is me making the buck for that.

All the parts are in place, just need to high build prime it, sand it, pva and jell coat and 5 layers of glass and I have a mold.

here is the mold for my cupholders\

and here is my first center console part fresh out of the mold.

I made my door panels and they turned out great. If you have the Tiger cage roll bar then your deluxe door panels wont clear. These look almost stock and we made the arm rest clear the roll cage.

We are getting ready to paint the new hood. Installed it to get the close out panel we are making right. I am soooo glad we went ahead and changed to this hood. Also some pics of the interior. We made some covers for the carpet to lay on over the wires and roll bar plates. The seats fit great. The door panels fit really good, working on clips to hold them in place.

Amazing Fabrication work on the console and door skins.
I love the work on the rear seat too.

Got alot done this week....carpet is cut and getting edging sown on. Getting parts ready for paint, center console etc. Final Headlight bucket molds done, should have parts made tomorrow. I decided to make a close out panel for the front. I will make a mold and make them available, will fit stock front.
