No, I'm talking about the TV show.

Anyone else watch this show? It's got some hokie parts but for the most part it's got my attention. Admittedly though, if I had a shop and lived in a better place I'd be out in the garage building my car and tweaking my bikes. Just didn't know if anyone else was hooked like I am.

Carry on.

Yeah i am hooked also, much better than reality shows. I like looking at the scenery, how things might evolve, buildings, roads, and cities, with no man "maintance". How we would survive...

I am also hooked on The Walking Dead. I love zombies.

I get to see home when watching the show since it's filmed in the Southeast. North Carolina to be exact I believe.

I do have to laugh at the premise of the show though. We had industrialization before we had electricity. If this happened in real life, first I'd be hording copper and magnets to make a generator. Then I'd secure some wooded area near a good stream or river. I'm afraid most people would be dumb and have no clue what to do without electricity available at the flip of a switch.

Still good entertainment though
