I'm sure somewhere there's F1 and NASCAR forums, but guys building what you are asking for in the post above (i.e. tube frame chassis, no interior) do not dominate the list in the projects section. This is not to say we do not appreciate performance and race builds.

A: Perhaps the people do not really understand what I am trying to get at
B: Some stuff may have simply been dumb though at the time with the education at that time was not dumb (learning process).

I think both sites have their place. One thing I noticed is that "appears" to be more shop builds on here, and more budget garage builds there. I like to think that I can gain inspiration from both.
