we use a 5.2" stroke shock in the rear of our 4-link with the following dims:
Compressed:11.85
Ride: 14.6
Extended:16.4

If you use the Koni's you'll need to set ride height at the shock around 13.8, which is 0.8" different than what we use.
It might work, but chances are you'll bottom out, top out, or have an incorrect ride height for the pinion angle.
