Brett says bitchen but he means the years not the condition.

Cheryl has a 59 original 283 with a powerglide. All the original stuff is there but the carb and air cleaner. It has a crappy repaint on it that is flaking off. When they painted it they cleaned off the grease pencil markings in the trunk so original color is now a mystery.

I bought a 69 a few years ago when everything hit rock bottom. Looks like the same hack repainted it also. Original 300hp 350, 4 speed and 323. with ac, ps,pb and power windows. Silver with dark green interior. All there and in good shape. Just a beater to drive around every once and a while.

When I was a kid the neighbor next door had two friends. One had a brand new Pantera and one had a 2 year old Vette. That was in 71 and I was 7 so if you say Vette I think 69. I always wanted one and this one was way cheap.
Ok cool. When I was growing up my neighbor had 2 shelby Mustangs..a GT500 & a GT350. DAMN I wanted one of those for years until my other neighbor brought home a 69 Z/28 and a 69 SS 396 Chevelle for his kids.. I wised up rt then and there

Nope. If I did I'd build DG a motor since he can't seem to get it done

As I warned everyone now that the car is home with me the updates will likely contain less cool fab work and things may move at a slower pace.

I ordered some parts this week for my hydro clutch and other small things.

One part showed up yesterday but I got home late and didn't even open the box till I got home tonight. The initial project review. Its small, light, billet and black. What's not to like?

Shameless brand imaging is rampant in the US so this is to be expected.

My phone takes pictures as crappy as Marcus's frame guy. But you can see the two small brass screens for the dual vent and the taped holes for the barbed or AN fittings coming from the fuel cell and rear housing.

Here is a nice touch. Brian includes a punch template so drilling the holes for mounting will be a no brainer. You'd have to try really hard to screw up the mounting of the vent using this. See how it matches up to the position of all the holes you will need to drill in your trunk floor. Nice. I don't feel like going out to the garage to get an allen tool to open it up so you will have to wait for pics of the inside.

This vent looks like a nice piece. Compact, easy to mount and clean appearance. Fits the lightweight theme of the dainty Torino.

I'd be proud to run anything with FINCH on it..... he's da man!

I didn't notice any palsy during GNRS -- but you must have some with those crappy photos! I know someone in your home that's pretty dang good with a lens... Maybe if you'd fix her Bronco she'd post pics for you?

Is this the excuse you plan to tell the judge and jury in the Finch vs. FETorino defamation trial?

You say the same thing about INTROS.

I hear he makes quite an impression on people wether or not he is behind the wheel.

His vent certainly looks like something a real car guy would make. It would be better if it said Torino on it.

Yes she is both better looking and more talented than me. I did get a couple things done on the Bronco last weekend so maybe the picture quality on my thread will improve soon.

I don't think he realized it was going on a non Camaro when he sold it. I may already be in trouble.

Rob, where did you get this piece from? Did you make it yourself? I got one of Finch's Vent's too, but was curious if I was suppose to get this and I didn't. I did get the template paper though to mount it.

Marcus

I would guess the first ones he sent out came with some template paper. I just got mine and I think now he automatically includes the metal punch template.

It's in the trunk the side view is the most important.
