I've only got ~40 miles on mine (mechanical issues) since I installed them, but from the little bit I've driven I can say they ride suprisingly smooth.

I have metal-on-metal solid/spherical at all of my bushings front and rear, and poly body mounts, and the only real difference ride-wise from the rubber and poly I had before is it feels like the tires are over-inflated by about 10psi.

I was driving on an "eyeballed" front alignment, old shocks, and no sway-bars, so I can't say I noticed any improvement in handling yet.
