You might could use a little more thread engagement as well. Especially if you start using that inner adjustment hole on the arm.

That was a test fit trying to get less bind. The longer was not much better. My plan is to quick release pin the arm attachment on and not adjust the link length.

Update:

New motor mounts.

.

I re-made the side plates from aluminum. This took some weight off the front end and gave more adjustment.

I spent the day dialing in the Falcon for the SCCA event next Sunday.

My front suspension is adjustable in every aspect and really allowed me to dial in the characteristics I will be trying this time.

I pulled in a little more caster and adjusted the suspension for more clearance with the inner fender. I also spent a lot of time measure my dynamic camber changes during turning. I now have 1 degree of negative camber gain at full steering angle. I ended up around 8.5 degree of caster and 2.5 degrees of negative camber. 8:1 manual steering is kinda tuff. Oh well I guess I will workout a little next week.

Tomorrow I will nut and bolt everything and the car will be ready for the 21st. See all the san diego guys out there!

Nice work. Can't wait to hear your impression of the changes you've made.
