The tab that was welded onto the rear end was located about 3/16" to narrow. So I did the basic spreading of the tabs.... and I was not happy. It was just to much of a difference to allow a tight fit and good motion without excessive wear. Instead, I pulled the bushing and inner sleeve out and milled them down 3/32nds on each side.

This worked and allowed me to move onto the next issue. For now, because I will be mocking this up one more time before final assembly, I opted to use a smaller threaded rod as a bolt for the rear torque arm mount. That way I'm not banging that bushing in place more than it needs to be and end up messing it up.
Nice write up as always Brett. The thing I'm sure Doug appreciates is you treat other peoples stuff as if was yours. You do things correctly and don't take short cuts just to make a quick buck.
