Here's the part that is needed to run the DNN990HD. This is the pic that Dan Martinez from Isis sent me just 2 weeks ago when I spoke to him. I don't have a part number, but he'll know what you're talking about. LOL! Again, per Dan, the cost is approximately $400 and its a must for the radio to work with the Isis System.

That is cool looking setup. I talked to Jay back in May, when Matt at Sled Alley was starting to wire my 67 Camaro. My metal dash with the double din is done, so this will be easy to add in. Just something else to buy!!!

Yeah, my metal dash is done as well Jeff all done up and ready for the DNN990HD. LOL!! Jay may have not made too much mention of it back in May as it wasn't quite ready. But, now it is. I'm going with it myself and the whole Isis sytem too. Whoever gets first, post pics and or videos. Here's a pic of my dash all fabbed up and ready for the double-din.

Looks great, but did you think about glare from the sun? The Kenwood has the feature of doing a reverse tilt, but I designed it so I don't have to rely on the tilt. The original builder of my 67 dash never wanted it posted on the forums till after the car is completed. I designed the dash, but it took us around 5 months to get right. The 67 Camaro stock dash is narrow and has a steep angle of at least 30 degrees. Although, original builder is no longer working on the car, he is in his 70's. So, it is now with Matt at Sled Alley. I am 2 cars down from Camaro XV.

Well, don't paint it with gloss paint either use a satin. A friend has this cool 68 Pontiac GTO Pro-Street, that he built with Scott Sullivan. He painted the top of the dash with gloss paint and it is instant glare. So, they repainted with a satin clear.

Jeff

PS. Well, there is only 1 photo of that GTO on the net, it is on Facebook and he has it locked from people downloading it. Never been a magazine, but it is cool what was built in the past.
