HAHAHAHAHAHA --- We're going to have to set up a Mountain bike track day!!

Nice looking bike Jerry!

I haven't had a bike for years… Gwen rides her road bike (a Trek Madone 5.9) 50 miles per ride and she'd ride 6 days a week if the weather would cooperate… She's actually has TWO of them - identical - one here in Bellevue and one in Sun Valley… and then when I got my mountain bike - she bought one too - so we've been doing rides together - road and trails. We use our bikes way more than our cars when we're over in SV.

Since last September. We bought a condo by accident… went over there in January and stayed until the end of March - by that time we'd bought a lot and are building a house and moving there as our primary residence.

I've skied over there for 25+ years - and always loved it - but those were always just "winter" ski trips… then we went over a couple times the last couple of summers and loved the summer just as much as the winters.

It's a town of "insane" money. There's one Alaska Air flight per day from Seattle -- but the airport is just a parking lot full of private jets. Some of the houses there are OMG amazing… You'd mistake them as ski lodges or hotels… hahahaha

I'll ask someone that will know.

You know they have the big Allen & Company tech conference over there every year… and the whole town is crawling with private security for all the who's who in tech that come over.

Man I just read some of the story about David Hayden but I was unable to find anything on the house.

I also think we need to set up a MTB ride after Good-Guys events and Sema next year. I know I will have my bike with me.

ps Greg that is a great bike you have there.

I personally despise people like "him"… or like the bozo neighbor of mine that hoovered thru some 250 MILLION… because why? He put all his money in one basket and then was so F'n' greedy he borrowed even more money so he could put that in the same basket.. and then BOOM… lost it all. Stupid azz deserved to loose it all. Now he's suing the banks that lent him the money claiming they shouldn't have. What an ass.

As it turns out - the arc - is off Fairway road which I walk three or four times a week since it starts (it's a short road) at our driveway. Fairway was the gold coast for awhile… and there are some real beauties there. My source (real estate agent/friend - whose husband is our architect - who's BFF's with our builder….) says she hasn't been in it.

It's a VERY SMALL town… some 3,000 permanent inhabitants… all of whom are either related - or friends of someone. It's amazing that way (to us coming from a big town).

Do a Google Map -- just put in FAIRWAY ROAD - Sun Valley, Idaho

You'll see why it's called Fairway Rd - DOH! The homes there are - for the most part - beautiful and large by huge. Walking on the road - they're mostly empty as they are 2nd or 3rd or 4th homes for the owners.

If you look on the google map (do the earth shot version) just to the WEST - is DIAMOND BACK RD… We'll be the second house built up there and we own the lot at the end of the cul d sac on Diamond Back. Our view will be of the Trail Creek golf course and Fairway Rd… HAHAHAHAHAHAH

Elk Trail has to be moved OFF our property as it cuts across the corner. But the point is -- I can get on my bike and ride those trails without lifting so much as a finger to get there. Marty and Rob would think they died and went to mountain bike heaven.
