BMW 1000 RR - Put's about 180 hp to the rear wheel.......stock. 458 lbs. wet.

Notice the T-Hill carnage on the left side of the rear Michelin slick.

Mad Max's Mille. That would certainly haul.
Used to love trading bikes with a good friend who had a Mille.

You made me want to look up the dry weight on my 05 and 06 GSX-R 1000's... listed at 365. Guess they're dated and old fashioned without the fancy abs and traction control.

Problem with the Japanese bikes "listed" weights is they typically lie big like today's politicians.

ABS and Traction control too (adds to the weight a little bit).

I don't know that the ABS is a huge + on track, but the TC is impressive. I was trying to stay on the heels of a local superbike guy on one but he'd just walk away from me on corner exit....yeah okay, and most of the rest of the track too - but just to a lesser extent. I was riding a similar powered pre-TC ZX10

I'd watch the guy just grab a handful and off he'd go.

Nice riding Sieg!

Looks like fun... I've always admired the guys that road raced bikes... no margin for error on a bike
