You can use your stock tank with the 4 bar.

I know when I ordered my housing for my Q Link they asked if it was minitubbed? Are there different mounting options for the brackets on the rear housing for minitubbed/non minitubbed applications?

I believe it is because of the crossmember that goes in the trunk floor that the coilovers mount to.

Mounts directly to the frame, no difference between the two.
