Susie has me and Todd on retainer. She's hoping he busts a vein. Apparently she has a good life insurance policy on him. Way cheaper than a divorce I guess. It can actually be cash flow accretive!

I'd tread lightly here; the man lives in O A K L A N D, not SF.
A little rural perhaps, but it's still Oakland!
Plus, he has friends other than the well mannered RobFErd...

NOBODY will actually admit to living in Oakland (I used to live in Alameda)... the proper term is "East Bay".
