If you keep working on it, maybe you can get it to look like a C2 then you won't have to buy one of those too

Revision 24, this is it, sides are not getting changed again.335's clear at full lock/full compression. I'll copy it on the other side tomorrow, push it outside and take a couple pics on the ground. As long as I don't sober up and hate it, this is pretty much it. Finish the tops, and start smearing mud.

I hate to say it Ron but in the pics it looks like you may have to do something with the rear quarters just to tie the whole package together.

EDIT: Not to take anything away from the front fender.......That looks like it came out pretty good.

The rear gets a complete do over also G., not near enough cow bell. Really shouldn't be that bad, the parts are loose. Just a matter of getting a lot more bulge, and repositioning the flare. Was thinking of making molds of the quarter panels also, then I could easily make as many goofy looking AMX's as I wanted. Never before in my life have I been chomping at the bit to start smearing body putty.

I dont think I've ever heard anyone say "you know those humps on my Javelin really just dont have enough... HUMP to them..." LOL... They look awesome but does anyone else feel like we've reached that point in the movie where all hope is lost our hero is backed into a corner and there is no hope for getting out? Its that sense of impending doom. How in the H-E-double-hockey-sticks are you going to get the rear qtr's to match the front.

ANyway... carry on. Im enjoying the show and cant wait to see whats next. Somebody get me some popcorn.

Got all of the welding done on the fenders, except the top panel. I'll fabricate the fender top tomorrow, weld it in Friday, and yehaa start making dust this weekend.

Was thinking about fabbing a pin style spindle for a C6 upright. Ordered a Nascar Grand National front spindle just to see its size and shape. Had no idea how big it was compared it to a Wilwood pro spindle. It seems like a packaging nightmare, but I think it is doable.
