Default 2002 Mini Cooper

I purchased this car with 87,000 on the odometer. It had a CVT transmission. I could have sworn the tranny was out then. It shifted like no other and seemed to over rev. Kind of how a trans acts when the vaccume modulator is bad. I then got the title paperwork and realized it had changed hands 8 times in 70 odometer miles. It seems that each dealer that purchased it from the auction, took it to their service dept. Then right back to the auction. Then to some sucker like me. I took it back to the dealer and he offered to take it back to the auction. I decided to go ahead and keep the car and took some of the best advice I could get from a dealer....."Drive it until it fails. What have you got to lose? ". I did and as of now I have 156,000 on it. Still whining. Still pulling fine. It whines so bad one day at the store a guy asked if it was an electric car! I have not changed the fluid and drive it hard when I want. 120 miles every day. I plan on driving it until it fails. I am open to opinions, however everyone tells me to leave it alone and whatever I do, don't change it now. I am however glad Amsoil has come out with improved fluid for these transmissions.
