When I hit about 135 mph + the hood started shaking out of control. I have not been that fast with the light weight hood before this event. It just goes to show how much air we are pushing when we go fast. Aero is huge! I am already looking to route some air to the brakes from the radiator area. I cooked the brakes after about 8 minutes of hard driving.

It's great seeing this car get hammered on at the track--thanks for the killer videos! Here's hoping for another USCA event at Laguna Seca next year!

I saw the same thing Brian --- and thought --- "man I hope that hood doesn't come flying off!!"

The best part of the whole video was when you passed JCG like he was standing stilll!! Now I see why he came home and posted that he needed more motor! LOL

The video Jody posted - the last lap sounded like maybe the tires were starting to give up.... they were screaming for mercy and the car seemed to be a bit more of a handful - but then again - maybe it was because you were hammering the corners deeper/harder. Hard to tell -- but as always - superb driving skills.
