I didn't think it'd actually be released for public viewing, but I didn't know if it has been released to the police (if he had one). That IMO is either the nail in the coffin or the grease that let's him slip by.

Also, I don't know him personally so this is just a useless comment.... But Tonys "image" is one that really doesn't give a crap. I'm sure alot if that is just image, but most die hard racers have an ego that you couldn't contain in a warehouse. IMO That alone will keep him behind the wheel and racing.
