I really like those perforations, that will look really sweet when it's coated. All of the metal work is top notch.

So if my math serves me correct - I'm 10 years into this endeavour and I'm 45, this gives me 10 more years of cushion, right? At 20 years this could set a new record! When I put it like that it's depressing!
