Check the wiring.
Small red goes direct to battery.
Small yellow goes to switched ignition.

Sounds to me like you have them reversed or tied together.

When auto level on start will not stay on it tells me the red wire is not maintaining constant power.

i just confirmed that red is on battery and yellow is on ignition. I will call Ridetech tomorrow for futher troubleshooting. I appreciate your help this weekend.

I'm not sure how the e3 brain works but am used to memory not holding on stereos if the 12v constant wasn't working and you lose your clock and presets once you turn off igntion. What was odd here is i never turned off the ignition and still didn't have memory holding in simply going from screen to screen.
