But, the garage is getting an overhaul in the mean-time.
As for progress, I've got the rendering ordered, many parts have been gathered and there are many to go but it's progress. The CF nose I picked up from Anvil in Cali, the fenders from Bryan (carbuff) in Texas, a big thanks there! The nose, hood, and fenders recently went on to make sure I had all the hardware but mostly to motivate me. Here it is in its mismatched color glory...

I'm still struggling with color, I've narrowed it down to 4, perhaps seeing the renderings will help!
Its about time!!!!

Color? judging by the first pick, I'm betting its red, white, blue or black?

I have a few ideas on tail lights.....

Hey, easy now! I pay cash for my stuff, and all the other projects and vacations that go on around here! That damn deck cost me at least a couple of ported heads!

White is in the running, but the others are chrome yellow, Fiat Copper Orange, HOK Cherry Wine, and that dang blue that Devers turned my brain inside-out with!!!

Default 71 Fenders

Nice score on the 71 fenders! Decent ones are very hard to find! Ask me how I know... still wish my car had the functional 71-only fender vents...

Yes, Brian hooked me up! I'm going to remove the factory vents and mill-out something like the vents on a Cobra S/C that will sit flush on the fender.

We got the taillights scanned yesterday!

If anyone wants a dimensionally perfect scan file of an OEM factory lamp housing let me know. For now, the scan will be turned into a Solidworks file so I can do my thing, I think the results will be awesome!

I was test fitting all the trim on the nose, I scored some perfect 1972 grills and Classic Industries finally sent me the correct headlamp surrounds.

Anvil makes a great nose for these cars!!!

Tonight I'm going to be firing up the crucible, I've got some pieces to cast up. Tomorrow the garage gets cleaned out, including the 'Bird, so the garage can get some updates!
