Owning a Lotus is helpful... not to mention I bought 4 of them for the '62 Bubbletop build..

The '62 was my first trigger when I saw this! Hopefully we get out of the tool hall long enough to see some of these cars this year!

Probably one of our biggest drives is not just coming up with a cool idea, but actually executing the final design and engineering as close to the concept as possible. Not an easy thing to pull of when parts and pieces reach high levels of intricacy. For example, the tail panel piece you will see in detail for the '64 Chevelle looks really clean and fairly simple in appearance. It's actually made up of 38 individually machined pieces, led boards, lenses and 136 pieces of hardware!

Today's pic: 3 machined pieces we dubbed the 'pringles'.
