-Manual adjustable back bolsters- allows you to control how much the seat cradles your upper body.
-Slim seat cushion bolsters- Mild thigh bolsters gives the support needed for aggressive driving without hindering easy vehicle entry. The seat cushion of the Expert is for drivers who like a slightly tighter supportive fit.
***The Expert M has a wider seat cushion AND a manually adjustable thigh extension, better suited for larger drivers***

Last on the list is the ever so popular (because it's awesome) Recaro Specialist (S & M).

The Specialist has an S and an M submodel. The Specialist S has more support at the seat cushion, whereas the M has a wider cushion and manual thigh extension- better suited for larger drivers.

Yeah but nice seats make the drive so much more enjoyable! I used to get knee pain being 6'1 in stock Camaro seats on longer rides. Not so with my recaros. They are up there as one of the best mods I've made to my car. With seats being the way I'm connected inside the car, I consider it a saftey expenditure as well.

Ok so I have the specialists and sliders I would like to raise the front up about 2" do they sell lifts or risers for this. And I want to keep my sliders as well.

There are "tabbed" sliders available that will bring it up that high.. however they may not work on your floor brackets depending on which ones you have.. Or you'd need to fabricate something to mount them.
So if you want to keep your current slider then you'll have to fab something up for under your floor brackets.
