I would say the Mulholland Speedster is a close second to to this one.
It's very similar (to me) to the Black Pearl he did... and similar to the Speedster you mentioned and similar to the car Rob Ida has in his shop... I guess these art deco French styles are the trend right now.

(I probably should have led off with I love them all! Amazing style and metalwork...beautiful pieces of sculpture!)

That car is flat out incredible. The only thing I didn't like about the Pearl is the gold trim, didn't do it for me. Glad to see this one has chrome.

It has some of the ques that Black Pearl has, but this car is much more Delahaye to me. The Mulholland Speedster is a completely different feel, but just as incredible in craftmanship.

Who built this one?
My WDRDD question was asking what does Rick Dore do. Looking over his website it appears he's more of a project manager than a builder, definitely has a cool style.

Who won the AMBR? I'm guessing the boys from Spokane didn't....

love those style builds.

Growing up my circle of friends and I would build models and we call the draggers. There was an early bugs bunny cartoon that had a street scene with them. Super low and you couldn't see the back wheels.
