Thanks guys. We are getting it on with this car.

Yeah I bought a 408 from a buddy last month. It's a simple one. All 4340 Eagle, good early block, girdle and studs, Isky solid roller, Victor Jr. heads, Super Victor etc etc. Should make 550+. it went 10.1 in a 2600 lb Fox with a glide so it should work. I'm excited.
