In the time it took you to write this post you could have called them and got it straight from "the horse's mouth".......just sayin.

They are probably building a run of the parts that you ordered. From a ton of past experience with them, I believe they wait until the parts ship to charge your card.

Hi guys, they have reached out to me, It will get fixed. Was just a bunch of smaller parts I ordered. I know they are the best there is, so I was so surprised they didn't get back to me on my mail. I posted this on the Vendors feedback forum, don't know why it was put up in the Open Discussion. I'm not out to bad mouth them, I love their work and their Products. If I had a GM or Mustang I'd totally DSE my car

It was moved to open discussion because you were asking for feedback from the members, and the vendor feedback section doesn't allow the members to post, only the person leaving feedback and whomever they left feedback for can post.

Glad everything is taken care of, DSE is a top notch operation.
