I would love to see the install schematics first.

2) Space in my 72 is at a premium so how much of a challenge is it to hide the components?

3) It looks like no key fob, just a credit card style remote key, is that right?
Hello, to answer your questions:

Install is pretty easy, if you know 12v DC reasonably well and and the use of relays.

The unit has a small footprint, like a car alarm box, it will easily fit under the dash.

You will receive a key fob as we are throwing it in for this sale.

Please PM with your email address or just send me an email for a copy the install instructions

Let me know if have any other questions.
Thanks
Matt

Can the push button be installed in place of the keyed ignition switch on the column of older GM vehicles, or do you know of some type of blank steering column collar that will remove the ignition switch from the column if the push button is installed elsewhere?

The button can be, and commonly is installed in place of the ignition switch. The thing you will have to remember is that you steering column lock will be lost.

There is a cover for the switch hole in the kit. Beyond that, a swap to a proper floor shift column is the best.

Thanks
Matt

Loss of steering lock isn't a big issue.

Do you have any (or know of any) pics of the push button mounted in the column where the keyed switch was?

Without searching the net for a long time (Sorry, we are being BLASTED by calls to order these kits, plus a typical crazy busy Monday morning!) I would compare the look to the Touch-N-Go system from Ididit. I will post a pic of that now and I will do a search for stock columns shortly.

Thanks
Matt

Guys, these kits are selling 3-5 at a time to shops ect... This is a well known product in the Car Audio world!

Some are even shipping over seas!

If you have been considering getting one, NOW is the time! We are offering the upgraded buttons (At the price listed on their site) as well. You aren't locked into just one choice.

The standard button is a 22mm brushed finish (22mm / .86" Diameter and 1.4" deep) with Red, Blue, or Green illumination.

Optional buttons range in style. Here are a few examples:

The top left pic in the above post shows the optional Black or Brushed Stainless buttons. They are only $19 extra, we have had quite a few orders going Black.

Thanks again for all the orders, we appreciate the biz!
Matt

Ok, Email sent. The files aren't on the net and they are too big to attach to the forum post. I can't FTP them right now as we are uploading a LOT of new files to the new website.

Thanks
Matt
