Hard to believe it's been 3 years since my last post. Making some progress feels great. I recently modded the frame spring pockets for the coil overs, then had it blasted and power coated. Then I installed the DSE speed kit, 600 steering box, and all new moog front end parts, along with CPP C5 style spindles.

Default Raingear wipers

I also recently installed the raingear wiper system with 2 speed motor and delay. I have to say it seems like a high quality part, instructions were very good and install was straight forward.

Thanks Trey, appreciate it!

I just got the frame installed on the body. Also installed the firewall and cage nut covers, along with the booster/MC and heater bulkhead.

Do they fit that nice, or did you have to massage them? They look great.
Thanks Kirk

Hi Kirk,

I did have to massage the area at the quarter panel mount to flatten where the metal is raised at the bumper mounting hole. Basically, I sectioned the mount hump, flattened it, and re-drilled the hole. So putting the bumper on a finished car might mean modding the bumper instead. It is a really nice part.

Fuel and brake lines run, console and shifter holes located, almost ready to stab engine!
