The Camaro's looking good out there! We're sure you were breaking some necks out there at the meet.

I'd say a few. I got there a little late so the crowd had dispersed some. Needs to be complete to draw a big crowd I suspect but I was answering questions and talking to people the entire time.

Probably didn't help that I was about 2-300ft from a Pagani, a P1 GTR and some other high end rare cars...

William I got my NRG short hub and Gen 2.8 quick release along with momo steering wheel. The quick release has come with horn botton retainer ring and some thin round spacers.

Just wondering whether you ended up installinh the retainer ring and the other thin spacers (not sure what they are called) when you did the installation.

Will appreciate your input sir

I did install the split metal ring that is about 1/2" thick, it's keeping the horn button from pressing in. I did not use the thin shims that came with it.

Since the last update the glass has been installed and adjusted. Same guy that came by and did my front and rear glass came and helped me install it.

Got the interior door handles and lock mechanism installed. Had some troubles but that seems to be the way it goes.
Weatherstripping is installed around door. About to go outside and start installing the door panels and quarter panel.
After that I may start on the cowl panel and lower windshield trim to finish out the outside of the car.

I did manage to get the car out of the garage for a little bit on Friday. Took it to lunch with some friends.

Well locks and handles work. Got the door weatherstripping all done and moved to doing trunk weatherstripping and the missing cowl panel.

I asked on IG and results were very one sided. Factory (vented) cowl or aftermarket fiberglass one. Downside to vented is no wipers planned for now (will in the future) so it will have holes that are unused.
Factory:

Aftermarket:

Moved on from there to work on door panels. Got my ass kicked a bit by those today. Will try again later in the week.
