Love the seat, steering wheel and the door panels. They look perfect and it still feels like a 69 Camaro.

? who's hub is that for the steering wheel.

Yea I have been enjoying it beyond a few tedious activities lately and frustration with part fitment. I'm getting beyond that though.

Hub is from NRG, it's the "slim." to keep the wheel as close to the dash as possible. And I agree, I like that it still looks like a 69 camaro inside, definitely feels like an old car driving it.

Other than the relief of the hits to the credit card, do you kinda of miss the crunch of the build process? It's hard for me to transition to waxing from turning wrenches.

I feel sorry for people that didn't get to see the real artistry of what lurks behind that grill

Luckily that art isn't coated so from the front you can definitely still see them. I like that you have to look for it though!

I definitely dont miss the CC bills. I think year before last and first part of last year I had a hell of a "push" to complete the car and hit the budget hard. Everyone that says, set a budget and plan to spend 2-3x that is entirely correct. Except in my case, with the duration of the project and me changing my mind and not keeping a strict budget, I overshot my original goal by 5-6x...

I still got some wrench turning but hopefully for now it's the cleaner kind that previously (ecu tuning, small things here and there). I've had my fill of the dirty work for now (on this car at least).

Linelock test. Didn't set the brake hard enough. Will have to try again.

Credit to BigBronco for wielding the camera and providing the spot of asphalt.
