I forgot to elaborate... The Guldstrand Mod is used to correct the geometry of the first gen Camaros. The stock suspension has a lot of understeer; using the guldstrand mod corrects this for free, because you move the mounting point for the upper A-arms down and back. This save you money on buying aftermarket A-arms that correct this issue. Of course, when Dick Guldstrand developed this mod tubular control arms did not exist. I have seen pictures of him racing, and his car is flat in a turn when the camaro behind him is having massive understeer problems.
