Can anyone help ID this C3 Corvette that was in the Nitto booth at SEMA this year?

It's shown at the bottom of this website. I wanted to give them credit for the picture by not copying it. Thanks

Thanks Skip. I forgot the picture had their watermark on it.

My google-fu sucks. I've spent 20 minutes trying to find anything I could on the car. All that I could get was Heartland Custom's earlier C3. It's like no one gave this car any attention. It even looks like it is an OUSCI car with the stickers on the door. Anyway, I appreciate any help or info.
