I am building one of these cars as well , I had to extend the gap’s on the pillars to get it right on both sides , as for your windshield situation is the passenger door too low ? that seems odd.

I don't think so, gap is about 3/16" to the rocker and I already closed that gap by 1/16" when I added my rocker extensions. I will chase this a little more next week and let you know. Thanks.

Here you can see the fitment to the doors and fenders to a car that was painted about 18 years ago... We are removing the trim and will repaint the car and fix the A-pillar at that time for a perfect fit but we designed this to fit as well as possible for all cars and yes they are all a little different. Are you fenders or door factory? This car is all factory Camaro. You gap is the largest one we have seen yet.

So as you can see on a factory car they are just about even or as even as we could get them and not hit anything. We want the glass to be tight but can't be to tight that it hits the metal or you will break it. There has to be a gap around the glass or in flex you will snap it. Hope this helps somewhat. That car is going to be bad ass...

Driver Side car not touched...

Passenger Side car not touched...

Thanks Chris! FOR SURE this isn't a glass issue....it's me! Glass is great! Just need to find the balance of the bottom gap and the body line a bit better I think. My pics show the glass touching the A Pillar....it doesn't touch, I was doing this alone and it just slid down a little. I'll redo these pics soon and show how well the glass fits.
