Thanks for that Jody, while it’s not the pin I need to deal with it does show me more of the inner workings of the column. Without watching the entire video, the pin I’m looking to deal with you can see in the first few seconds. It’s the 3-4” solid rod sticking out where the wheel mounts, about 11:00 on the column. From the video it appears if I take more of the column apart I may have a bolt or clip I can remove to get the pin out.

Remove the lock ring and trim it so the pin can not engage at all and then reassemble.

Remove lock ring and remove interlock pin, reassemble without pin, throw pin as far as you can.

Remove the lock ring, throw it as far as you can and replace with a small washer and reassemble.

Remove column and throw it as far as you can and replace with IDIDIT because who has two ignition cylinders in their car.

That’s some funny **** Donny, and so true. I’m trying to accomplish #2 so I can drive and shake out the suspension this summer. #4 is what needs to happen and will at some point.
