$2K for labor has been the common quote in the Denver area

40 hours if the car is already stripped, and does not include any recoating of the trunk or wheel wells.

If you don't have any place to work on it, I would guess you'd be driving it to a shop with gas tank and interior, if you expect to drive it out in the same condition, it's going to be costly.

I spent a couple of weekends doing mine, but that didn't include all the details like interior, fuel tank & lines,paint, suspension,clean up....

I can strip it down, and I have a trailer to haul it, just no place to set up a welder and do the tub work

I've done a few of the DSE tubs in early Mustangs. By the time it's all said and done, 40 hours is about right. You're talking narrowing frame rails and everything so it's not an inconsequential amount of work.
