Unfortunatly I don't think you will find anything cheap enough to justify. But, either Tom or myself could relocate you filler tube for you with a factory style gas cap into the back of the trunk just next to the trunk latch if that is what you want.

I have a 1st gen and I am also mini-tubbing it. I am going to run the stock tank more than likely but I am going to put the filler tube just behind the driver side tub. This way the stock outlet of the tank can be used and it will be easy to make the turn up towards the trunk instead of straight to the fender. This of course is all in my head and ideas always seem good there but in reality don't always work out to be so easy.

Old Skool..... in the trunk... $225 from Triangle Engineering. This sits on the frame rails of a 4 link set up but can be mated to a fabricated cross brace in the trunk floor for stock applications.

Thanks for the ideas everyone. I am trying to stay away from the fuel cell idea. This is going to be a power tour car someday and I plan on doing road trips so I need room for stuff.

Hey Dave, I just saw the days to finish number on your site. You should make power tour 2007 no problem.

Are you both going on the PT? I might run a leg or two. Sure glad I put those 3.08 gears in!

LOL. You and me both know I have to change that number; unless I get allot more time on my hands and some more cash. Since those two things are opisites I would say it's not going to happen. But who knows maybe I can make a push to actually do it.

Heres to wishful thinking.
